Information for individuals
Please be informed that in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Federation customs authorities rules for filling out waybills for overseas delivery of express cargo and mail were amended.
When sending cargo the sender (individual) must enclose with the waybill a copy of his/her passport (the page spread with photo).
When filling out the express waybill for sending cargo or mail the sender shall indicate in section 6 “Customs declaration”, field “Documents enclosed” his/her passport series, number, date of issue and issuing authority.

Due to improving the cargo delivery procedure in the Urals region, delivery to the city of Salekhard is temporarily suspended. From August 12 to August 18 extended delivery periods for deliveries to the cities of Salekhard, Kharp, Labytnangi are possible. We are happy to inform you that in the framework of activities aimed at improving of customer satisfaction, as well as with a view to introduction of new services, the Branch of the Company in St. Petersburg starting from the 8th of June will operate at the new address: Industrial Zone Parnas, 2nd Verkhniy per. 10.
In its new location the Branch has brand new operations premises, the area of which was expanded 2.5 times, while its technical facilities correspond to the state of the art standards.
