New CPCR-ECONOMY service — the most economical solution for delivery of heavy parcels and consignments within Russia
Service Parameters:
- Weight of one mailing unit: from 30 kg
- Maximum weight of the lot under a single way-bill — not limited
- Maximum size of one mailing unit: 120 cm long, 80 cm wide and 160 cm high
- Geography of coverage: major cities of Russia (Attachment ¹2 to the Contract)
- Geography of the Service: interregional delivery
- Scheme of delivery: “from hand to hand”
“DIRECT TRUCK” — delivery of consignments by separate trucks with different load bearing capacity “from door to door” in direct consignor-consignee route within Russia.

At the first stage of introduction the service will be available on the territory of Central Postal District (CPD) — between regional capitals

Weight restrictions: The choice of the truck depends on dimensions of the cargo and carrying capacity of the truck.
Carrying capacity of the truck: 1 t / 1.5 t / 3 t / 5 t / 10 t / 20 t.
Delivery lead time: Actual lead time of transportation by land transport.
Scheme of delivery: “From door to door” (from the warehouse of consignor to the warehouse of consignee).
CPCR-MAIL — targeted and non-targeted mailing (Direct Mail) which includes mailing of advertising and informational materials (letters, invoices, catalogues etc.), as well as a package of services aimed at canvassing Clients and business promotion.

- CPCR and a Client need to conclude 2 contracts: Service Contract and Agency Contract

- Delivery of sales slip to the consignee
- The consignee pays the price of goods + the price for delivery.
- Bank wire transfer of payments by the consignor
- CPCR is materially liable for security and integrity of accepted mailings as set forth in Federal Law “On postal services and mail”.
